Lami sad bitaw ang Pinakurat. Lami sawsawan ug litson labi na kon dugangan ug fresh sliced nga ahos, pero dili ang local nga ahos kay pungent kaayo kadtong dagko ug lusok nga imported.
Nagdala ko'g duha ka lapad diri sa China sa una nga di pa kaayo istrikto ang airport, karon di na makalusot.

another good thing about sukang pinakurat which surprised me kay tambal sa ubo... last vacation nako sa bohol, gi-ubo and katol kaayo akong throat and my friend told me nga try daw ko drink og sukang pinakurat kay tambal daw ni and ming-inom pud ko ... na-ayo gyud ang ubo nako... mao nga mu-start gani og katol ang throat nako, inom dayon ko...

in my opinion, sukang pinakurat of iligan is overrated. i bought one lapad two years ago and only around one-fourth of it has been used so far. to me nothing beats good old coconut vinegar, a little soy sauce and tons and tons of red hot chili (kolikot). but then again, i guess it all boils down to personal preference in the end.
