I have no comments at this time unless the other presidentiables will finally decide.
I will compare their capabilities not on their popularities.

If you have the reason to vote Noynyo, well I also have the reason to dis agree on Noynoy and vote Manny Villar. During his mom’s wake, he said he wasn’t interested in seeking a higher office. But now, what did he do? He declared that he  will run for president. I think Noynoy does not have one word.

same as the candidates here. Hillary and some others said the same thing but she did run. that should not be your base of not voting! that is too shallow.
