Not liabilities, but given the opportunity - assets too.

Thus Mayor Jose Jono Jumamoy described the differently-abled in this town. As such, he gave full support to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) that recently conducted an Organizational Management and Planning Workshop for the Inabanga Association of Differently-abled Persons (IADAP).

TDOLE personnel John Paul Nestal and Terry Salas, assisted by Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer (MSWDO) Artemia Samaco and Coordinator for the Differently-abled Lourdes Dela Torre conducted the workshop held at this town's multi-purpose building.

The activities were designed to assist the disabled person develop self acceptance and positive self image, provide opportunities for socialization, membership in organizations, creative expression and active participation in family and community affairs.
