What Do We Do With Anger?Anger is an innate subconscious response that ensures our safety, yet society tells us to deny this natural emotion. When anger is denied, the energy doesn't go away, rather it builds up inside of us. Over time, as the energy strengthens, it eventually seeks other ways to find release. This includes the development of real problems including physical disease, depression, insomnia and addiction. However, when we learn how to work with anger constructively we can take control of our self and our life.
