Sa tinuoray baya, mao niy atong kinaiya. Marealize lang nimo ang value sa tawo ug mawala na siya nimo. Pero mientras nga naa siya, sus mora lang ug hanging decor nga labaylabayan.

Parehas pud sa workplace. Grabeng trabaho pero wala gyoy rewards or recognition for good performances, hangtud nga mo resign na lang ang mga top performers, unya manguha ug bag-o, kay makita man nga less competent, mahinumduman noon ang sa una nga maayo, pero ulahi na ang tanan.

Di ba mao niy atong batasan?

Daghan jud siguro naigo kay mingaw man ni nga topic.

Tinoud gyud bitaw ang imong giingon nga anha ra nato ma realize ang value sa usa ka tawo kung mawala na. Pero siguro kung ma experience na ni sa usa ka tawo, ma kat-on na siya.

Para naku, aron malikayan ang mga pag mahay ... dapat isulti nato sa hingtungdan ug unsa siya ka bililhon. Ako ni gibuhat every time I talk to my relatives and closest friends. Na impluwensyahan pud ko sa akong suod kaayo nga higala...kada human gyud namo ug storya moingon gyud siya ug "iloveyou". Sa una, mura'g awkward kaayo paminawon pero sa kadugayan, naanad ra ko ug ako pud ning gi practice sa akong kaugalingon ngadto sa uban.

Ginger,

I admire your candidness about your views on the topic. Why I purposely posted this, is because I feel I have the social responsibility to share what are positive values. Ngano kay magsugod man god sa atong kaugalingon ang paghubog or mold the norms of a society. And what we lack here in the Philippines is on value orientation.

Kasabot ko nga daghan sa atoa ang naapektuhan sa topic. But we must learn to have acceptance of what we think that can be enhanced or improved in our ATTITUDE. ATTITUDE IS A small THING that makes A BIG difference.

A lot of people talk about social change...on how they/we can change it!

pero nakalimot sila pangutana kung unsa ang dako nga cause sa social problems. Sa tinuod, naa baya sa usa'g-usa nato...kung positive ang atong outlook, everything will follow, kung conscious ta permi sa atong gibuhat (kung unsa maau para sa tanan) sige ta ug reklamo pero wala ta mo lihok or mo buhat sa angay buhaton. kini nga topic usa ka hagit sa tanan, pag bag-o sa panglantaw sa kaugalingon.

the right attitude is we have to be accountable for our actions whatever they are... don't regret, even if its a failure... we have to learn on that mistake... so why put off things out in our system? we must live every day as if a new day.... after all, it is another chapter of our lives...

why we long when it is there in your heart? because we've realized that we've had shortcomings when the opportunities to show it were there.... hence, from now on, make the best with the person regardless who he/she is.... the thing is, you are true to yourself....without hypocrisy... without denials, without superficialism, without pretensions... for when they're gone, you are sure to yourself that you;ve given your best and you assured that YOU made a part of other persons' lives... and you will always be in her / his heart.... and prayers....
