In Verdana, Alveo Land’s residential enclave in the south, every family can still experience the old comforts of home while maintaining an urban-like lifestyle.

In the recent "Heart at Home" event at Verdana, guests were given a day to indulge themselves in the place that spells love, beauty and happiness — a home.

"Coming from a very religious culture, it’s tradition for most families to go start their family day by going to church that’s why we made it a must that our guests have that option," said Glenna Galupo, senior manager for Project Development of Alveo Land. "Likewise, Verdana sits near Nuvali — Ayala Land’s largest, master-planned integrated community that is set to become the urban metropolis of the South, giving it close proximity to not only churches, but also to commercial establishments like Alabang Town Center and Paseo de Sta. Rosa as well."

The event also featured a cooking demonstration by chef Tricia Ignacio-Fragante of Sacocina. Guests, especially the kids, also had a chance to show their creativity through their original works of art in the Crystal Lamination Art activity.

Future Verdana residents will enjoy easy access to a range of fully completed amenities that are immediately available upon moving to its intimate neighborhood. "There is the vast two-hectare Central Park with green open spaces and pocket parks for weekend family picnics. The Central Park also features sports and recreational venues for other leisure pursuits," explained Galupo. These include the grand clubhouse, swimming pools, basketball and badminton courts, biking and jogging trails, a kiddie playground and the pavilion.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
