BAND OF BROTHERS !!!!! 🇺🇸🙏🇺🇸
This photo, taken on December 9, 1944, in Dillingen, Germany, shows eight members of the 357th Infantry Regiment, 90th Infantry Division, after several days of ferocious fighting. To reward their outstanding courage, they were all granted a thirty-day furlough. These American heroes are, from left to right (sitting): T/Sgt Thomas L. Chamberlain (Kansas City, Missouri), S/Sgt Merle A. Welfare (Ledyard, Iowa), Sgt Joseph Dorner (New England, North Dakota), and from left to right (standing): S/Sgt Ed Melton (Haskell, Texas), Pvt James Jirles (Athens, Tennessee), S/Sgt Albert J. Apple (Texas), S/Sgt Victor E. Wold (Friday Harbor, Washington), and T/Sgt Albert E. Lambright (Amarillo, Texas).

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. - John 3:16-18
