What do you focus more on, upper body or lower body? Ning talk ko sa ahong trainer nako--and he said ug gusto kono ta mo pa dako atong pectoralis muscle, mo bench jud ta. Ang regimen kono 5 sets of 10 reps each. Ning follow jud ko sa iyang gi sulti nako--and na dako jud ahong pectoralis. Last month, weak ra kaayo ko. I started bench at 110 lbs, pero now, ning progress ko to 165lbs bench. Dili ko gusto mo increase sa bench weight kai gusto ra ko mo firm sa anterior portion of the thoracic ug abdominopelvic area.
What do you do for work out, Teng?
Btw, i recommend you go jogging when the girls jog as well..hahahaha. great view ba ja!
