Weight training--and cardiovascular workout

Its been 4 weeks since i started my weight training work out, and so far, ive lossed about 15 pounds and gained alot of muscle in the process. Upper body pecs, deltoids, biceps, triceps, trapezius area have firmed a bit. Im jogging 45 minutes a day, then do a 30 minute body building work out. This is just the first month. Mo plan ko to stay in this regimen for another 4-5 months...and want to get a muscle firm body.

Anyone going through the same scheme as well? Any body builders in here? Lets talk about reps and  sets, or any problems you are going through.

naay nindot na workout ms C2, they call it in the states HIPHOP ABS. i saw it on tv and tried. aguy 2 minutes palang gisingot nako

kulbaan man ko magtan aw anang mga baji na nag guntod guntod ang muscles Lorenz. di na feminine, bagis kaayo og dating. di lamang ko anang body building. im very concern with health and being fit. i used to do gymnastics with all those stunts but had to stop due to bad fall in the trampoline while doing triple sommersaults. Karon, dancing nalang ko to the max

Teng,

What do you focus more on, upper body or lower body? Ning talk ko sa ahong trainer nako--and he said ug gusto kono ta mo pa dako atong pectoralis muscle, mo bench jud ta. Ang regimen kono 5 sets of 10 reps each. Ning follow jud ko sa iyang gi sulti nako--and na dako jud ahong pectoralis. Last month, weak ra kaayo ko. I started bench at 110 lbs, pero now, ning progress ko to 165lbs bench. Dili ko gusto mo increase sa bench weight kai gusto ra ko mo firm sa anterior portion of the thoracic ug abdominopelvic area.

What do you do for work out, Teng?

Btw, i recommend you go jogging when the girls jog as well..hahahaha. great view ba ja! ;)

hahahaha i know what you mean. I actually work out with women who bench and curl bar more than I can...hahahaha! Ma intimidated pood ko uy! There is this one woman who bench presses 280 lbs!! And she is shorter than me. Laki-laki na jud iyang nawong ug iyang lawas....

nah! kung naay pinakatikling na mga girls, ang mga thai girls na na. murag wa jud tawn tambok didto. They are so skinny, gagmay og nipis kaayong hawak. haskang ka flat. likod og atubangang murag pareho ra mao hilig sila didto og breast augmentation

in Thailand they are very open to that. i had a very funny experience when i did a research on Gay/Lesbians in Thailand. I went to several bars to check out their lifestyle. i was actually asked by a very sexy girl, intimidating kay mas girl pa tan awn nako nya tibo diay. i told her i was on duty and is not interested with lesbians. you just tell them straight and they walk off
