As promised, I will now start to post some vegetarian and other healthy recipes.
Veggie Rollyou need:lettuce,sweet basil, rucola, coriander, mint leaves
or any other kind of leafy vegetables
you can also add carrots
steamed shrimps or chicken (optional)
tanghon noodles (optional)
rice paper (rice paper must be softened before use. simply immerse them, in a warm water for about 1minute)
here's how:1. slice all vegetables thinly
2. place the softened rice paper on the place and stuff it with vegetables
for the sauce:ratio of the sauce is 1:1
heat 1 cup hoisin sauce, 1 cup water, 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 Tbsp sugar and stir occasionally until it will become thick.
fry some garlic and onion and add it to your sauce mixture.
