Baby back ribs (baka) with kamonggay, tanglad, sili, etc... perteng lamia, wa ko magmahay nagluto ko pagmata  8)

Father R, how do you make this? I really like kamonggay! Ning luto ang mama sa ahong babycakes ani para nako sa last time ning anhi sila sa Chicago. She made chicken tinola that had kamonggay in it. Lami'a kaajo! He he he !

Ever since then, I want to have tinola again that has kamonggay. Anyways, that's good to hear that you grow these plants in your garden over there in Slidell ! What other plants do you grow? :)

I'm growing tomatoes, chards, pechay, squash, tanglad, kamonggay, avocado ug lemonsito

i miss it so much. maayo lang maka-timing ta ug bata pa nga baka pero kung landay na ang naihaw, perteng gahia sa unod bisan kapila pa gipabukalan. :)
