Spicy sud-an recipe

Hi to all,
        
        I am half bisaya and my father is also Pilarnon, maybe some people even know him in this site.I grown up in manila with lots of my  
bisaya cousins thats why i do understand the language and also speak it (ginagmay).I am here coz for me it is interesting to learn more       food recipes, vegestable and specially spicy food recipes  and knowing that bisaya love spicy food maybe i can learn more.

        I am married and my husband love spicy food alot. I am hoping to learn more spicy and vegestable recipes by the help of this trend. If anyone know any spicy food recipes please feel free to post it and i will appreciate it alot. Daghan kaajo salamat in advance.  :) ;) : ;D

Hello Belle, lot of bisayan recipe that you´d like to learn, by the way welcome to TB I hope you enjoy posting and creating more thread here in this website.   Here´s my share on Spicy recipe.

ALIMANGU GINATA-AN SA TONO SA LUBI - una limpyuhan ang alimangu dyn pikasun ang lawas nya,.ang kalaha butangan nimo ug tuno sa lubi,maoy isabaw, timplahan og vitsi,asin,ibutang ang alimangu pabukalan taman sa maloto ug mapula,,,ilunod dayon ang slice na bumbay,atsal sili dyn okayun nimu aron masagol or ma mix jud ang mga lamas human haonun kong mala na...


UTAN BISAYA INGREDIENTS:
1 bundle malunggay leaves, removed from stem
2 c. kalabasa, cut into wedges
1 bundle sitaw, cut around 2” length
3 medium size gabi, cut into wedges
1 bundle okra, cut into wedges
3 small size talong, cut into wedges
1 bundle alugbati (if available)
1 small bundle spring onions, chopped
tanglad or lemon grass (optional)
fried fish flakes
salt

UTAN BISAYA PROCEDURES:

1. In a deep stoneware, bring sliced kalabasa and gabi to a boil.
2. Add sliced sitaw, talong and okra.
3. When soft, mash the gabi and some kalabasa to thicken the soup.
4. Add alugbati and tanglad.
5. Add fried fish flakes for flavor.
6. When soup starts to boil, add malunggay, spring onion and alugbati, cook until leafy vegetables are just cooked. Add salt to taste.
7. Serve immediately.
