We've all heard that a glass of wine a day or other light drinking can be good for your heart, but more than one or two glasses and you're doing much more harm than good, according to a study reported on by CBS News.

Specifically, the study defines one drink as "a 12-ounce bottle of beer, a 5-ounce glass of wine, or 1.5 ounces of 80-proof distilled liquor," and more than one glass for women and more than two for men is far worse than no alcohol whatsoever.

For those times you do go well over the healthy one-drink limit, though, these hangover preventions and cures might come in handy.

I drink an occasional glass of wine. Pero I don't think I can develop a taste for it. Paitan ra gyud kaayo ko'g alcohol. Maayo pa mopalit ko'g usa ka kilo nga CnT Lechon, malipay pa ko.  ;D

One glass a day keeps the doctor away.
But there are times when I couldn't drink my glass of wine for 15 days.
So I have to make up by downing 3 bottles of wine in one night ;D

I wouldn't want to get sick!

about Gingers 3 glasses, pahangyuon ka dear basta weekend...

I could do that ...


but i still love my White Russian kay mo sipa gyud dayun...

in fact ang tast sa tuba mora ra na ug Desert Wine...

i dont know how much tiriring  content ang tuba...compared to the wine...
