Platform Allows Patients to Rapidly, Digitally Check-in Via Multiple-Channels Before Their Appointment in New State-of-the-art Physician Office Building

SLUCare has selected Odoro’s DPAP solution to simplify processes for patients by digitizing registration and self check-in for appointments at their new state-of-the-art physicians office building, which will open on August 31.
Odoro’s Digital Patient Access Platform (DPAP) offers patients a complete digital, fast, and easy-to-use registration and check-in experience. The DPAP solution will allow SLUCare to automate and customize manual front-office workflows, to streamline the check-in process, minimize onsite activity and reduce waiting room times.

From the comfort of their homes where information is handy, patients will be able to digitally fill out consent forms, provide insurer information or complete financial payments prior to arrival for their medical appointments.
The system will be piloted at multiple practice sites before it is launched at SLUCare’s new physician office building. As part of this patient-centric approach, SLUCare is looking to expand their digital solutions, including integrating provider search with online scheduling capabilities, in the coming future.
