To keep your eyes healthy, eat vegetables loaded with yellow pigments known as carotenoids ( also called lutein and zeaxanthin).
A large study of seniors found that those who ate foods containing these nutrients had a lower risk of age-related macular degeneration, a leading cause of blindness. Carotenoid-packed foods include yellow vegetables ( such as squash,pumpkin,yellow peppers and carrots) and dark green vegetables (such as spinach,broccoli and zucchini).

mao jud kay ako gani dili na jod ko ka klaro ug layo....maana-an lang ta usahay nga dautan na ug batasan kay dili na daw managad...pro ang tinood wa ko nakaila kay dili ko kaklaro...tungod jud guro ni sa sige atubang ug pc..

teng, nag kinahanglan na gyud diay ka ug antiyohos. Pag pa taod na aron dika maalaan ug dautan ug batasan. ;D

Bitaw that is true Glen, nga good for the eyesight! Pero ayaw lang pod palabi kaon ug carrots kay mag yellow2x nya pod ang skin ug mata:)
