One cup nga ginamos? Di ba daghan ra?

Actually that is for a proportion of 4 large eggplant, 4 large ampalaya, 1 bunch batong, half kilo Okra and 7-8 big chunks of pork chicharon to fill a 3 liter earthen pot. This is just enough for Grazie and her 14 sisters. Served with 1 big bandejado of rice.

By the way, if there is no bagoong, I found alternative of some European Brands such as
1. Roland Anchovy Paste in tube
2. Bumble bee Anchovy in Olive Oil (in cans)
3. Crown Prince Anchovie in Oil in cans.
These are all supplied here from Europe.

Agay! murag nag lami na gyud ug maayo. Ang Anchovy okay ra diay kay di man pud na pareho gyud ka parat sa ginamos sa atoa. Mag lung-ag nata. Sakto kay midnight na dire..:)

Nakakita ko sa documentary kun un-saon pag gama ug bagoong. Ang pioneer ani sa Pangasinan dato na kaayo, pero mo tabang gihapon siya ug karaw sa ginamos. Mura na ug swiming pool ka dako ilang sagolanan ug bagoong.

Modern na ug hygienic ang pag preparar ug di uniform pa ilang mga trabahante. Mao dili ka ma hadlok kung hugaw.

ang imong buhaton willmerit, kanang ginamos isulod unsa sa plastic bag and ibutang sa dakong lata sa gatas nga Nido ba or any lata nga dako then ipa sealed na sya...sure jud nga wla leak. mao na gihimo sa mga relatives sa akong bana everytime magpadala sila og ginamos...sure jud maka-abot nga safe.

Yes, lami ang homemade nga ginamos with ahos ang ground paper, uban gani kay sagulan MSG...humot lagi...kami sa Cogtong mang-gama pod m ginamos if daghan na kaau ang sobra sa among basnigan...sauna ra to..90's pa...kaila mo Carmen -Sindo? mao na sila ang known about ginamos sa Bohol.

Malingaw jod ka sa dagko og gagmay nga isda inag bira nila. Kilawon lagi dayun oy! way pasaylo sa gagmay nga isda.

Bitaw na unsa naman ang pinakbet ni abot naman sa ginamos. Pwede butangan ang pinakbet og ginamos?
Diba ang pinakbet paet unya dangug? pero lami kuno. :)

Pwede ra Gem butangan ug ginamos kon wala jud ujap.  Ako bitaw dre, mag gisa ko'g gulay, akong gamiton na pag asin kay anchovy paste man.  Bisan gani mag himo ko'g pasta sauce or Cioppino, while gagisa ko sa onion and garlic, butangan nko'g anchovy paste.  Nanundog ko ani sa mga Italian Chef. :D
