in my opinion, sukang pinakurat of iligan is overrated. i bought one lapad two years ago and only around one-fourth of it has been used so far. to me nothing beats good old coconut vinegar, a little soy sauce and tons and tons of red hot chili (kolikot). but then again, i guess it all boils down to personal preference in the end.
