Ang pang Salad :EVOO (first cold pressed, acidity 2%)
Ang pang marinate (meat tenderizing): VOO - Virgin Olive Oil (2nd press with little heat applied, acidity 1%)
Pang prito: POO or Pomace olive oil (3rd press with high heat applied and refined).
Puede kamatis lang hiwaon unya sagulan gamay asin ug olive oil, lami na kaayo. Akong mga bata, kusog kaayo mangaon ug salad. Akong gi anad para palami sa kutis ug maka apil sa Miss Bohol.
