How To Treat Sunburn
« on: September 03, 2007, 09:08:10 PM »
    * First, cool your skin with a cool damp cloth. This will give temporary relief for your burning skin, and you can find out other right methods for you. Taking a dose of aspirin, Advil or Tylenol can also help.
    * Take one or two leaves of Aloe plant, and gently rub it on the affected skin. You can get instant relief from your sunburn. Aloe works effectively for minor skin irritations.
    * If you are not able to get Aloe leaves, try lotions that contain Aloe. Though these may not be highly effective, but surely they work.
    * Vinegar is a great solution for your sunburn problem. A dab of white vinegar on a cotton ball works wonders. Gently glide the cotton ball with vinegar over your sunburn affected skin. The burning sensation will vanish soon.
    * Apply some diaper rash cream to your skin. This not only eases your irritation, but will also block the sunrays. If you do not have the sunscreen with you when you are away from home, this simple idea can save you from sunburn.
