Drink Less Caffeine to Improve Mood

Do you really need that third cup of coffee? Anxiety is a common symptom of depression. And too much caffeine can make you nervous, jittery, or anxious. So cutting back on soda, coffee, tea, and chocolate can make a big difference in your mood. It can also help you sleep better at night. - webmd.com

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.

This caffeine topic is really debatable nowadays. It is an anti-oxidant and it prevents losing your hair, this is now used as hair tonic.

In college, I wasn't a big coffee drinker. I could work and study just with water or tea (Black or Golden or Ceylonese Chai).

But now, i need coffee. Everyday before class, i wake up at 6:45 am, to brew columbian coffee and store it in my portable mug. In class--i sip coffee. And in breaks--sip some more. When im reading--i brew again.

I like my coffee pure and black. No cream, no sugar. Just fresh brewed.

Right now am drinking Folgers. In my cup. ;D

I used to drink a lot of coffee.  Very dark and very sweet.  After my caffeine overdose, wala na jud.  Occasionally I cheat but I suffer a lot afterward.  Sige lang inom na lang daan tambal. :)

It depends lng sa moinom.

My coffee colored skin? I owe it to a relaxing evening bath in a tub filled with mocha  ;D
