kining pag kaona desente ra kaayo, malipay naman ko sa tinuwang isda! Walay komo sa pag-kaon nga natural ug barato.  Kining pag-kaona na-ay bahid sa atong ginatawag nga colonial mentality. Things that are far-flung and high-falutin.
Mahalin ang sariling atin, natural foods without additives and artificial ingridients like nitrites and glutamates, these are carcinogens present in Vienna sausages and chorizo.

Thanks, Hofelina, for this recipe.  At least dili baboy ang meat, if that's any consolation.  Di ba pwede pod gina steam ang embutido instead na gi bake?

Inday Grazie,
You could steam it, just see to it that it is well done.  It can be fried instead of baking to warm it.
you could serve with Kimchi (pickled  vegetables), or atsara.

Thanks, Ms. hofelina or how do we want me to call you, please?

Embutido is not something I crave to eat but knowing how to make it is good because this is one known adapted Pinoy food and I know it's pleasing to our kababayans having it on the table during get-together with our Pinoy friends.  Thanks po!
