Dr.Zorba's Longevity Corner

Cereal and your heart guys, listen up. A recent study in the Journal of the American Medical Association shows that eating
whole-grain cereal can reduce men's risk of heart failure. Controlling blood pressure and cholesterol, drinking no more than
two drinks a day and exercising also help,of course. However,in this duty, men who ate one serving a week of whole -grain
breakfast cereal lowered their risk by 35 percent; those who ate cereal nearly every day reduced their risk by a whopping
50 percent. So get a spoon and dig in.

hmm, my little brothers love Trix and Coco Puffs

I know because whenever I go back home and relax in my room, I always am awoken in the morning by my little brothers eating that. What bugs me is that they play video games in my room, even when i tell them to take the system in their room and play there, they still manage to come back and play in Kuya's room.

Blast!

When I first came here in the US, I tried myself having cereal for breakfast, O God did I ever. But it didn't last long, it's not filling! I still have to find and cook rice with either ampalaya, tortang talong, tuna with eggs, ham, bacon and sausage. Until I end up not eating breakfast, derecho na luch so it became my brunch.
And then for my fiber, I never missed dinner without vegetable, any kind will do.
