When I have migraine attacks, I can't evens sleep due to the intense pain! But yeah, I try to sleep or at least close my eyes because the light and of course, the sound worsen the pain! If it's too much na jud, I induce vomiting so I feel relieved. I also do away with eating fatty food like chocolate. I think I was still in college when I read something, which up to now I still follow, which was to avoid eating chocolate, banana, cheese when I am having migraine. It may just be a myth now but I still follow that.
