Description:JAGNA, Bohol, Philippines--Bohol Governor Erico Aumentado calls on Boholanos to unite to make the province rabies-free by 2010. Video taken by INQUIRER.net gaming and multimedia editor Joey Alarilla on June 25, 2007 at the Teodoro B. Galang District Hospital in Jagna during the inauguration of the Animal Bite Treatment Clinic. The clinic is operated by Family Vaccine and Specialty Clinics Inc. and funded by IP Foundation, the corporate social responsibility division of IP Ventures Group.

i don't like the video..it's not clear. it's too far...it was taken by an amateurish! :(

So the videographer was an amateur. That explains it. It was intended diay as an audio recording for the barking dog! Arf ! Arf ! ;D

Its not a good quality video, and the sounds like barking. I think its not a dog, but its the sounds when the gov is taking a breath, ni sound pud sa mic. Then ni echo... dili man sounds ug ero gud.
