Tricycle driver apprehended
for violating social distancing!
Tagbilaran City, Bohol. Team TCPS under the supervision of the Acting Chief of Police, PLTCOL OSCAR TEMPLA BOYLES under the leadership of Provincial Director PCOL JONATHAN AGDAMAG CABAL with the City Traffic Management Office was able to locate the said driver of a tricycle bearing a body No. 0932 on April 7, 2020 at Manga District area who was posted on the social media and clearing violating the COVID 19 protocol, guidance and directives and traffic laws at about 8:24 AM of the same day.
The said driver was identified as Michael Sapong Ibon resident of Manga District, Tagbilaran City was made to pay for violation of traffic laws.
The office of Tagbilaran City PS was in preparation of filing of possible appropriate charges for evidently violating the “Tagbilaran City Anti-COVID-19 Ordinance of 2020.
Tagbilaran City Police Station is encouraging the citizen not only in the city of Tagbilaran but the entire province of Bohol to follow simple guidance and order from the government not only for the good of Government or the Law Enforcer but for the safety of your own and your family. Laws were being implemented for the common good of the people.
We the Law enforcer are asking for your full cooperation and understanding in this time of crisis to aggressively prevent the spread of such contagious disease that may possible harm our entire family just because of our irresponsibility and senselessness.
