Bohol Governor Art Yap led the lighting ceremonies, ribbon cutting and opening of exhibits at the first ever Kasadya: Pasko sa Bohol Christmas Market.
Gov. Yap whose main program is Tourism intends to strengthen our tourism industry by improving our local products and supporting our producers as well as our aspiring entrepreneurs.
"I hope to have a Christmas village that will not only showcase regular products but unique Boholano products", Yap added.
Kasadya: Pasko sa Bohol Christmas market will showcase the best of our local handicrafts, processed food, local cuisine, fresh farm produce and the best from our Boholano Artists.
The Christmas Market will run from November 5 - December 15 at the CPG Park.
