IN ACTION: Coast Guard Sub Station Tagbilaran personnel successfully rescued a fisherman onboard his MBCA at vicinity waters off Tagbilaran Entrance Channel on 21 0629H November 2022.
Investigation revealed that said fisherman conducted fishing, accidentally hit by Ocean Jet. According to him, he did not recognize the Ocean Jet transiting at the area because the vessel is with in the sun light. The Manager of ocean jet will give financial assistance to the owner of the damage fishing Banca for repair. The victim was brought to the Coast Guard Sub Station Office, located at Tagbilaran Fishport by the rescuing team and safely returned to his family.
