CEB offers mid-week P99 fares to all domestic destinationsGokongwei owned airline, Cebu Pacific (CEB), is offering a mid-week P99 seat sale for all of its domestic routes. The P99 fare will be available for all domestic routes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. CEB has announced that it has allotted more than 50,000 for the seat sale.
The seat sale will run from June 21, 2007 to June 27, 2007 or until seats are sold out. This is good for travel from August 1, 2007 to October 31, 2007. The P99 seat sale is non-refundable and is exclusive of applicable taxes and surcharges.
Candice Iyog, CEB VP for Marketing and Product said, "We are very happy to introduce the mid-week specials for our domestic operation. This mid-week seat sale will stimulate travel throughout the week and should also boost local tourism as guests can easily get lower rates from various resorts and destinations in the middle of the week."
CEB introduced low fares in the local aviation scene in 1996 and further propelled this low-fare strategy with the launch of 'Go' fares in November 2005.
Iyog explained, "We have been encouraged by the demand for our flights during the first half of 2007 and we hope to sustain this over a traditionally low travel period. This seat sale should also provide more people the opportunity to book and avail of our low fares."
"The best way to grab the promo is via CEB's website,
www.cebupacificair.com . We encourage everyone to act quickly and take advantage of this mid-week travel offer," she added.
CEB currently has 14 new Airbus aircraft and is acquiring up to 20 more. It has also recently placed an order for up to 14 ATR 72-500 aircraft with the delivery of the first two in early 2008. CEB expects to operate a fleet of 46 aircraft by 2013.
