Bohol Gov. Edgar Chatto reminds government and private sector stakeholders, including resort owners, of Panglao Island that Bohol's development relies on its natural resources and thus Bohol cannot sustain its development while sacrificing its environment. The governor urged stakeholders to police their own ranks in order to keep Panglao Island clean and safe for its people and its tourists, from which industry it is thriving. This was what he reiterated during this morning's Panglao Coastal Waters Status Coordination Meeting called by the DENR - EMB region 7. The DENR EMB is updating stakeholders on compliance of establishments to environmental laws covering the coastal waters of Panglao. The meeting was attended by Panglao Mayor Nila Montero, municipal and barangay officials of Panglao and Dauis, the members of the Bohol Association of Hotels, Resorts and Restaurants (BAHRR) as well as other resort owners.

John 3:16-18 ESV
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God.
