Tubag Bohol First Anniversary Bonanza - Bidding Guidelines

As earlier mentioned in the thread started by Admin Mike with subject line:  Tubag Bohol is offering Swiss knife (link: http://tubagbohol.mikeligalig.com/index.php?topic=11930.0), our generous member, Edelweiss is offering items for bidding, not just Swiss knives but also t-shirts, caps and backpack!  The proceeds of this bidding will go to Tubag Bohol Fund.  Then Tubag Bohol Fund shall be used in maintaining and upkeep of the Tubag Bohol website,  and for future projects of Tubag Bohol.

Items for Bidding:

      1.   Separate threads are created by Contest Manager Ginger with picture and description of the items.  The following are the items for bidding:
             a.)   10 Swiss Knives
             b.)    5 T-shirts with the name of the following countries:  Switzerland, France, Portugal, Spain and Italy.  (Size L)
             c.)    5 Caps with the name of countries in the t-shirts
             d.)   1 backpack

General Guideline:
      1.   Only members can participate in the bidding.
      2.   Every item for bidding has a minimum bid amount of  $1 US Dollar.  We shall not be setting a maximum amount for bidding.
                 So the rule of thumb in bidding is that when you place a bid, you enter the maximum amount you are willing to pay.   
      3.   Members can place multiple bids.
      4.   At the end of the bidding period (please refer below), the highest bidder shall be declared the winner by our Contest
                Manager, Ginger.  In the event of a tie, meaning there are two or more highest bidders, the first one to post his/her bid   
                shall be deemed the winner. 

Bidding Period:

Each item for bidding has its own ending time specified at the start of the thread.  However, all biddings shall end no later than midnight of May 2, 2008, using the default time of Tubag Bohol.

Bidding Result:
The winners shall be declared by the Contest Manager Ginger in a separate thread, no later than midnight of May 4, 2008.

Winner’s Responsibility:
      1.   The winner shall remit the bid amount in the Paypal account within 15 days.
      2.   Shipment cost is the responsibility of the winner also.  Our donor, Edelweiss offered to take the items to Bohol and will
                 personally hand the items to the winners or the representatives.
