How can I apply, I am already a blogger. I have posted many comments in many blogs.

Nakapasar na ko sa blogging , sa wordPress.com ug google. Daghan nako ug na sulat nga blogs. Segi ko ug register sa Paypal kay adto ipaagi ang bayad , but until now wala pa ko  ka register.  Mga 100 na ka blogs ang akong nasulat. Mao bitaw nga mihinay akong posts sa TB kay tua ko sa blogging ug facebook.

he also spam in other forums, not just here.  I also own and manage forums and blogs then this guy is always spamming.
