The Grand EB for all interested TB Forum members will be on July 26 & 27, 2008. The two-day affair is being organized by the men behind Options & Concepts - an events management, consultancy and outsourcing business outfit.

Provisional Itinerary:

1.0 Day 1 - Saturday, 26 July 2008

1.3 Socials / Entertainment

2.0 Day 2 - Sunday, 27 July 2008

2.1 Tour of Bohol ( Whole Day Affair )

Note :

1. A more detailed randown of activities will be provided one week prior to the event proper.
2. The organizer reserves the right to re-arrange / modify any requirements envisaging to be more suitable, convenient and rewarding to all the participants.

Sir Jun, is there a possibility for the dates to be moved earlier? Murag alanganin namo. My tentative departure will be on the 29th. How about if we will have the EB before Sandugo week? Weekdays will be fine.

Mr. Ayag, we should be leaving for the Philippines by the first week of July, and will be in the area for about a month. Do you mind if I could also extend the invitation to my other relatives that are also coming back to the Philippines from the 'states? I also have an uncle, Dr. Renee Lucino, M.D, my aunt and a cousin who are based in the UK who will be coming back as well. I'm sure they will like to join the tour. Sige lang unya mo bisita dinhi sa thread ha? Feel free to give your suggestions or anything that would give value to the GRAND EB.

Mura man ug dili na mausab ang schedule kay last week pa man gud ko mouli sa June and I have to give my hands on the preparation of which almost a month would be good enough ( though by this time magsugod na ug plano on minute things and consolidate altogether the pieces ).

Just continue pouring your ideas and I am taking down notes on them. Why I've posted the date? aron maka prepare na mo sa inyong flight bookings. Rest assured, this GRAND EB event would be one of a kind and one of a lifetime event.

Sir Jun, nangita pa mi ug bubaratong ticket intawn (saon di man kaafford, so nangijawat lang tawn sa baratuhon), hinaut unta makakita mi (naa ba kay ikasuggest, we would appreciate it jud!). among plano is by july 1 puhon mi manguli, pero hangyo lang pls, puede ug kanang atong grand eb sa mga middle part sa july na lang pohon kay naa man mi lakaw man gud sa mga hinapos. hope unta madayon para pod makaattend mi ana sa grand eb puhon2. itugot unta ni Lord!

Yes Els, Tour Bus ang i-rent ani nga occasion. Am anticipating nga dili paigo ang usa ka Airconditioned Bus kay daghan man nga mga bisita aning panahona where most of them have confirmed their attendance. Hence, am in the lookout for airconditioned buses to rent in Cebu if not available in Bohol. However, we could utilize some vehicles from relatives and friends for this occasion but it is more appropriate to have 2-3 tourist buses and go to these spots in a caravan / bandwagon.

For the meals, definitely it would be catered either in packed meals or we could arrange for a stop where catered food would be served in hot servings.

Am sure I would be needed some assistance from volunteers who are based in Bohol or Cebu; and have in mind to hire part timers (staff) for this event.

Bran Lorenzo, don't worry bisan daghan, we will accommodate everybody on this occasion. That is why this is posted earlier so we could organize and execute the plans realistically. I don't want to have it on the last minute where the volume could not be determined.

We have to 4 -5 months to prepare and expect this to be suitabe and rewarding to most if not all.

Why we called this eye ball among TB members a GRAND one ( GRAND EB ) because we used to do fragmented groups in smaller scale. Since dunay mo-organize where participation on a bigger and wider concept, we call this GRAND EB. Kay mouli naman ko sa June pohon, I am giving one month preparation to make this event successful. Hence, this is announced in advance aron makaplano ang majority, if ever it is not possible for the others to participate then sa sunod na lang nga ginagmay EB. But am sure this gathering among TB is wider, grander among the EBs in the past.

Hi Bams,
Flattering kaayo ang imong interest to meet me in person... but since I am not anymore planning to be a full-time OFW starting June 2008, we got a lot of chances to meet in Bohol since I would be engaging in business ( events management, consultancy and outsourcing ) in Tagbilaran & Cebu. Sugod karong tuiga, ako na mangunay o volunteer to organize kon duna pay daghang mga EBs nga mosunod.

As said, gitawag lang nako ni nga TB GRAND EB because am sure mas dako ni sa mga previous nga EB where it was only attended by fewer numbers. ( If you remember in previous thread when I just joined TB back in July, I offered for a Tour of Bohol for Free (dili apil ang pamasahe sa eroplano ha? LOL ) , and this event is part of the Grand EB activity ).

Thank you Sir Jun for the infos. Yes, I used to read that interesting thread - Global Bohol Inc.- Business ideas for interested TB members, I just keep on following it coz got no idea yet pero basta gani negosyo nay hisgotan ma-out of place ko kay am not a business minded man gjod. Even my sister there in Bohol is insisting me to join business any kind. So far, i have still a project to be entertain first. Well, anyway your plan to work as a private consultant is a great help for me kay who knows in the future... it is still my plan to settle in our own Bohol (pension time if God will share his blessings) basin diay ug duna koy mahuna-hunaan and I need your assistance.

Had remembered and read that posted "Tour of Bohol for Free" but our Family reunion and in honor of my 85 years old Mother was tentatively scheduled last Christmas and that is why I took the chance suggesting that Orphanage visit which was really memorable to all who attended. The problem here in Europe, it is hard for us (old ager) to get vacation in summertime because they give priorities to those Families with children who are still in elementary grade school.

That coming "GRAND Summer- July 2008 TB EB".... You as a host and organizer, I have no doubt for its success. Just be sure to have the non-tired Sigbin as your assistant. He is the best...."Rain or Shine" motto! Well, have posted a very early request addressed to you, Mike and Paul for a future MIGA EB in year 2010 but most of those who registered they favor for year 2011! What is your opinion?

Jun, Fiel posted a day or so ago a thread info for TBTK's events on the week of July 26 with contact people. That's where I saw the name of Lik-lik Gallares Schroeder whom I always see and I gather an active person when it comes to Bol-anon events. We live in the same city but I don't think she knew me though she knew my aunt.

am not sure kong apil na ning libroha sa National Bookstore list, I doubt kay limited edition ra man ni.

Am certainly sure of this book because I was present during its launching at the BQ center and of which the film clips on Region 7 Tourism was also launched at the BQ cinema at that time.

And he would like me to visit there when I get home. Taga Bohol ni siya but he had started college sa Cagayan so humanon niya dinha. At least mabisitahan ta ka... But we have to meet pohon sa GRAND EB.

Motan-aw gyod ko sa Cagayan de Oro kay "patsada" man kuno... got some friends while in college who came from Xavier Univ. and Lourdes College (two prominent schools in the locality) and they're nice and intelligent.. so got good memories with people from the City of Friendship...

Mas bibo jud unta Jun! Yes, sisters mi ni Lumine. Naa koy dalhan nimo didto ug magkauban pa unta ta'g adto na spectacular kaayo naa places dapit sa airport. Makahambus cave. Dako kaayo na na cave dayon super ngit2x with all the bats. Dayon later makita nimo ang light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak. Then makagawas na dayon ka sa other end sa cave and you'll treat yourself with the breathtaking view of Macajalar Bay and some part of Cagayan. Not so far from that Cave and across the street, naay ambot pila ba na ka steps na hangdanan to go down as in tuktuk jud kaayo then pag abot nimo sa silong, super beautiful ang forest with so old trees and there also lies the beautiful water falls. I hope wala pa ni nila gi develop jud ning mga places kay mas nice man na nature na nature jud ang dating ba.
