learning chinese and learn english

I want to learn English, especially oral English , at the same time, I'd like to give you some help that I am  able to, I am from other country, I am not good at english, so, I can teach you my language or something other for helping you.

I am a college student. I can not speak in English as well as Chinese properly . I need to learn both of those language. Because I want to develop my skill.
