Walay problema, ila-on na to nga yuta pakapin ang mga not like ours.

Basta ang importante na organize nato ang set up sa mga intresado nga mo palit.

Ayaw mo kabalaka, daghan ang yuta sa Bohol nga barato ug mao na to ang set up sa atong bahinay. Thanks Tita lee & Gelyan sa inyong mga kahago sa pagbaklay.

At least na prove nato nga dali ra diay kaayo ang mobilization through this forum. It went amazingly smooth and na prove nato nga nagkasinabot tang tanan.

Basin makuha pa nato inig abot didto ni Jun Ayag kon iyang ma set-up ang bank facility.

Kung duna may mahimo didto nga subdivision sa China Bank, ato ni i-boycott ug labi na China ang maka benefit ani mo campaign ko sa akong mga kaila to boycott. Kung madayon ang subdivision didto, I promise nga mingaw pas tirana ang ilang subdivision ug mga ingkanto lang ang mamuyo didto.

Basta dili ta mag dali-dali, naa pay daghan.

Dili man subdivision atong purpose adto nga yuta kon di mainly on Farming.

Like me, I have the power to convince all my relatives and friends and even on this forum to withdraw thier accounts in China Bank and transfer thier money to Boholano owned Banks like FCB. FCB is owned by the family of Richard Uy and I personally knew him.

Let us promote and patronize Boholano owned businesses like FCB (First Consolidated Bank).

Pasagdi nalang na. I was much interested in Corella for farming purposes..had even emailed to Ms. simplylee for some inquiries and to get some more informations from those other offered lots for sale. But from her side, there was no specific updates and was just surprised to this news of disappointments. Anyway, Bohol is a big round flat bisan adto ta magpok-ong ug mag-guna sa Chocolate hills basta we will be united into one. I think Mr. Junayag will find a way and he might exert more efforts to realize our plans come what may.

Bitaw, why do we blame China Bank again? It's the sellers prerogative asa nila i sell. For as long as wala pa tay contract, wa jud tay bawot. Ang China Bank or whoever from China Bank, basin nakita nila na profitable jud to na property so busa ilang gi unhan. As for the seller, bisan gi convey that we were so interested pero kon naa nay "hora mismo" na buyer, didto jud sila mo pili kay sure naman to. Well, we didn't really convey to the sellers that we were oh so interested basing from previous conversation here aron dili tas-an ang prisyo.

When I first read, I thought that was just a bluff so that we expedite the transaction but it seems like a third party is really in the picture. So hala, ila na lang. Dili na lang ta maghimo ug "economic sabotage" sa China Bank. Again, if dili ma ato and we did all our best to have it, then that was never meant to be.
