LOOK: The Cebu Provincial Board approved on Monday, March 1, 2020, a resolution extending its deepest sympathies and condolences to the family of former first district congressman Jose “Dodong” Gullas.
Gullas, 87, passed away Thursday last week at a hospital in Cebu City. He served as chairperson of the board of trustees of The Freeman newspaper and was the executive vice president of the University of the Visayas.
