A man took to the streets in China to beat up his wife in broad daylight, because she would not listen to him.

A series of graphic images posted on content aggregation website chinaSMACK.com detailed the attack, where the man elbowed his wife to the ground, pinning her in place while he held her by the hair and repeatedly slapped her on the face.

He later dragged her by the hair over several metres as she wailed from the beating, before letting her go with a threatening warning.

It was reported that the couple is from Anhui, and had travelled to Zhejiang province to find work, but disagreed on whether or not they needed separate work certificates. According to the unnamed man, his wife insisted on the two of them applying for work certificates together, triggering his raging attack.

just once, even if a husband hits a wife just once, no matter how slight it would be, my advice is to split the union at once.  this is the advice of a priest, a canon lawyer who used to be one of 3 priests in the archdiocese of cebu who decide on matters of marriage annulment.  let a husband beat a wife once, and by jove he will do it again and again.  once a beater, always a beater.

Internal aggression and anger is also a symptom of unreleased intrapsychic tension. I would counsel the individual who is the physical abuser to undergo counseling prior to marriage. It is important to identify this , to make necessary behavioral modification prior to marriage and having children. It would be detrimental for the children to grow up to witness the physical abuse of their mother by their father, let alone, their father abusing them.

This is not healthy for children, and they are more than likely to develop social and behavioral problems later in life because of this.
