Stricklen is a seasoned real estate appraiser with more than twelve years of experience in commercial real estate appraising. Stricklen attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. Prior to joining Valbridge in 2016, Striklen served as an analyst at CBRE on projects ranging from research facilities to multi-family housing and more. Additionally, Stricklen has a breadth of experience in verified land sales, report and research writing and residential appraising.
Stricklen is well equipped to lead the Triad Region team providing commercial appraisal services, financial analyses and highest and best use studies to commercial real estate owners, developers and financial clients.
