Marriage is a daily learning process for determined couples, determined to stay together every minute even during moments when one is afar from the other. Closeness between married couple does not in anyway mean staying physically together. Married partners could still maintain closeness together even though they are far apart from one another because of some inevitable circumstances.

On the issue of virginity, women here is much affected by chauvinistic perceptions. But for me, virginity could still be maintained as ever when you pour in constant love to the woman you then brought to the altar. I simply tried to redifine the precept of virginity. Before, the word virgin as taught by my teachers means, 'untouched by human hands' which I believed then as correct. Otherwise, you will recieve an ex mark when you have it otherwise. God is good, my wife is still a virgin at her age.

Now, after being married for 27 years, my wife remains a virgin for me after redefining it as a woman untouched by other man's hand. Does it sounds so stupid? It's alright that I be called stupid instead of being dishonest because I still cling to the principle of tolerating stupidity rather than dishonesty.

In my case, lose of virginity is not a sort of an issue since I am on the male side which is not a bigger question with the females as with males. Male virginity? Should anyone out there who could claim that his male virginity is still intact? C'mom raise your right foot please! Male virginity had long been lost way before a man gets married. So there's no question about that, is there?

Is it right that when one gets married many opputunities could be missing or should I say be lacking? What are these oppurtunities? Can you name them?
