In a job posting, Qualfon Philippines said applicants must be at least high school graduates, internet savvy, and must be fluent in English, among other requirements. The firm added that applicants should also be flexible with schedules, meaning they are willing to work on shift schedules including the night shift. Qualfon highlighted that the positions are for immediate hiring and will be full time. The company has more than 5,000 employees in the Philippines.
