Salibay said she was told by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources that the lifespan of the Philippine python (Reticulatus) is only about 15 years while in captivity. When they are in the wild they survive up to 40 years. -from http://www.philstar.com/

wala may exercise si Prony kay labihang gamaya sa iyang cage. Heart attack tingali ang cause tungod sa kadaghan sa iyang cholesterol.

they killed the goose that laid the golden eggs. dapat gi dugangan nila ug invest. mas daku nga cage nga maka enclose ug live trees. para maka exercise to prolong the phyton's life
