Bohol’s new Police Director, PSSUPT Rodolfo A. Llorca spearheads “HOPE” during election time.

Last Thursday April 28th, The Philippines National and local police came together to meet at St. Michael Chapel to hold a prayer in “HOPE” of an “Honest, Orderly and peaceful Election” spearheaded by the New Provincial Director PSSUPT Rodolfo A. Llorca.

The purpose of the event was to encourage candidates, policemen and citizens to have an honest and peaceful election time. Candidates were invited and encouraged to attend but sad to say according to SPO3 Geronimo Conarco who is a PCR-PNCO at Camp Dagohoy  said that even though he had extended invitations province wide to candidates no one had showed up to attend the event.

During PSSUPT’s Llorca’s message he said “We pray for that the coming election is peaceful, not by using any powers of the 3-G’s (Guns, Gold and Goon’s.)”. 

Other messengers’ during the prayer were BGEN Alan R. Luga AFP.  802nd, BDE CMDR and Atty. Eliseo RZB Labaria, COMELEC Supervisor III-Bohol.

Around 80 persons attended the local HOPE activityt which was planned at the national level of the PNP headquarters, to be reciprocated all the way down to individual municipalities and towns. The HOPE activity was synchronized through-out national Philippine provinces last week.

The national level of the HOPE prayer get together was held last April 14th, 2010. While the provincial and municipal Hope prayer was held during last week.
