In this Sunday, Jan. 12, 2014 photo, a house is half submerged in floodwaters following flooding of Compostela Valley and nearby provinces in southern Philippines. Floods and landslides triggered by heavy rains from a low pressure area affected 132,000 people from 10 provinces but it was still unclear how many of them had to evacuate their homes, disaster response officials said Monday, Jan. 13, 2014.
