Cops rescue 11 children

POLICE and municipal social workers rescued 11 minors who were reportedly being held inside a hut since Thursday.

This was after a father accused his wife and some members of a religious group called Pagtulun-an sa Dios Amahan of keeping his children inside a house and not allowing anyone to leave.

Edilberto Sayson complained to the Carmen Police Station Monday night that his children, aged 17, 14, and 1 year old, were being kept inside a cramped hut in Sitio Bito, Barangay Baring, Carmen since Thursday and have not been allowed out since then.

many good foreigners want to adopt children and babies from here from mothers who simply can not afford to give the child born a good future.
The DSWD often makes it hard to have a child given the chance to have a greener pastures and you can find them dickering with the time and the system to grant filing towards adoption.
Insteasd they would rather have the homeless children out on the streets living out of garbage bags now as they do at present.
Or they would prefer that the child sell balut and make money for the family working late hours and I am talking 2nd graders and up.
One boy begs at a restuarant near the peir he says..."please give me coins for bread in a tired and raspy voice...covered in soiled out of date clothes...................I think some DSWD's need to pull their heads out from the cracks of there ahem....and grab a gear and help protect these kids as this is what the custom is all about here.
