Hi Prisilla, Steve and all Martins' friends/ family. Condolences.

Have just read all 58 pages.

I understand your (Uk people) frustrations with the Filipino system.

I had the missfortune of having a relative murdered on another island some years ago. We knew who the murderers were but their uncle was a policeman, and they absconded before attempted arrest some days later. Soon after they were spotted on another island and followed to their residence. This information was given to the police, but they somehow were tipped off and absconded again.

Steve, I am sure you were somewhat surprised with the way the police dealt (or should I say, didn't deal with) with the shooting incident in the bar. I live not too far from you. I am sure the rest of you guys from UK are very frustrated.

I see the tone of the Filipinos changed somewhat when the friends of the his wife posted what seemed to me as a lot of exagerated lies. Two of them are the same person as you can see by their errors. But their accusations seemed to have changed some of the filipinos views here. Even though some people were asked several times to write in English, they purposely write in visaya/cebuanna. This is rude and ignorant towards the people here who have no means to translate, when the thread is all about their good friend.

Making statements like 'we don't need your money' etc are totally unhelpful and are harming an already dented public relations situation in Bohol. It is foreign investment/ foreign tourists that has made Bohol/Panglao into the triving place it is.

Maybe the wife did it, maybe not. But the circumstantial evidence makes her at least a potential suspect. As a potential suspect she should not be allowed to interfere will possible evidence and not be allowed in his house.

I have been to Bohol four times, and the Philippines six times in total. Bohol is a beautiful place. I love it there.

Ralds,All the decent friends of Martin and decent Boholan's will appreciate,youre contrubution to help find the truth behind Martins Murder,and Patman nice to see someone else read through all the crap that was written using sex and abuse charges to stop people seeing and asking for the truth ,they are clever the wifes family they know that using this angle that people would be against martin ,at least one judge saw the truth when martin was found innocent,

hi im thalia one of martins friend to be honest i was working with him we are his first bar girls we are 5 together since martin arrived together with his family in phil until the wife go back to uk bcoz martin sign her application for renewal visa and follow them but martin change his mind not to go in uk anymore coz he enjoying himself with us ...to be honest i was her girlfriend but its my job "trabaho lang walang personalan" kaingon ko ug kami nagayod pero dili lang diay ako ra gi horot diay mi tanang bar girls ug gamit nya so mao nga nagpalayo nalang ako until i found out his dead,to be honest its good for everybody that his gone and panglao will be have peace in mind coz girls are fighting with him...so hope he will be rest in peace..colin and edit know me coz during their holidays in phil.i was with martin they stay in martins house couple of days....its me thalia remember that martin never buy food for us and feed us as his employeer...

Yes there is a lesson here.

When a foreigner comes to harm at the hands of a Filipino, the Filipino's 'story' will be beleived above the Foreigner.

I brought 34 guests (couples/families) from Europe to Panglao last year. It seems that if some harm had had come to them during their stay, they would have got the full brunt of the Bohol rumourmongers.

I dont understand the mentality of some people on this site, This is a horrific murder the poor man was attacked by many people stabbed numerous times and you seem to think its ok for that to happen. I sat with Martin many nights at his bar he fed the girls every night, he treated them extremley well and there are staff that would vouch for that, hasnt any one noticed that the only bad things said about Martin are by his estranged wife or her friends.

I know some contractors who had met you ladies at the bar and they said you were being treated really well by Martin and they were doing contract work for him.

This person is related to a very famous family in Bohol. She described you ladeis as happy and even asked you girls if everything was okay you all told them your doing really great!

She also was in shock disbeleif and when she had heard about the alleged rape as she thinks Martin was a very nice and trusting person.
She is also a Filipina lady who is an educated professional with a lot of class as she spoke with kindness about you girls under the care of your foreigner boss Martin.

I seen him with one girl the one who was a witness to him in the farfetched alleged rape cases that were dismissed as the judge found such fabricated storeis out of the complaintives.

Martin had a will and an anullment that he should of been working on instead of fighting of this nonsense.
The two partners could not reconcile as it was beyond reconcilliation.

October two hit and runs and one had busted him up so bad he landed in the hospital, Jan, two bulllets went after him, hen two attempts of alleged poisoning, two girls filed alleged rape charges against him.

He was not compfortable to stay in his own house and you Nathalia say he was happy staying with you girls?

Pray teach us the British judicial system and American tenets of justice. You who fooled the world and tried to squeeze confessions from Iraqi suspects in Abu Ghraib and Baghdad by all means of torture and still find no solid evidence, even after tens of thousands of armed and civilian deaths on both sides, that there are WMDs buried in Baghdad and that Saddam plotted 9/11 with Bin Ladin.

Filipinos are so poor and so wicked they can lie for P50, you say. It should be easy to ask another local to lie, or to speak the truth, for P55,000. Just to make your task easier, I'll add P10,000. I swear by the IQ of those who didn't get Rald's point in making the offer.

I don't have the passion for, nor the friendship with, Martin like you guys do. But I am just as desperate as you to find the truth and let justice prevail.

This is not about the person's being a saint or a sinner. This is about crime. I am not going to solve a crime by another crime of indicting someone not proven guilty.

Rald is obviously an educated man, he also has no interest to side with either Martin or his wife. Its common Knowledge theres more to this than just Gulle commiting the crime, so all he is intersested in is finding out the truth and bringing justice. The reason being for the love of his country and the people. Where in his posts that he was defending the wife of Mr. Williams? He is one in seeking for justice, as he kept on saying here. We all are but justice does not mean punishing the innocent. (That's no brainer!) I am not saying the wife is innocent or what but we do not want to punish the innocent should she be innocent in all these baseless allegations of yours. Here first post said, she was dated by Mr Martin while working at the Club of Martin and later found out that she not alone but all the girls in the club are Mr. Martins girlfriend. She complained that she was not paid and Martin did not feed her.

Thats why, I asked her why she was not paid for the sexual service she did to Monsour Martin.

guys ur too much here..crusaderfreedom and jusice for martin..its easy to accuse but its hard to prove esp if the accused is innocent..i was talkin to je..she said plenty of people intersted in bar..someone offerd her to rent ,sell or be partner on here but she refuses them all..she was crying wen i talk 2 here..she said lastwek of april she went in hall of justice coz of the prelim investigation of her husband..she seen irene..she said the bitch cry in front of the fiscal so dat she will not prove guilty..she wana smack the lady but her mum stop here for the killer bring oll the families which rely looks scary. so if i were u guys instead of accusing je why dnt u open ur eyes and accept that the killers are caught instead of accusing...i knw colin and edit..they just being frend wih martin coz they think they can have holiday in bohol for free..huh...i dnt like that couple .b4 they are the one who wants martin to put in jail wen martin and je have a big fyht in uk coz martin lay hands on je which give bruises..i remember edit said go walk in center and report martin police but je said no i wanna save my marriage and love martin.i dnt care if u get mad on me edit and colin but ur too much here..u knw d couple they just users...hey i seen u edit lastxmas party..ur still arogant same as ur boustful husband..sory guys its just i dnt like u both....c u in filipino party again

So you think people should not question who the conspirators are? It is pretty obvious to any person of sound mind they were paid to commit this heinous crime. Do you think it was the family of his wife, or perhaps the tourist police?

Tell me; do you think it was a random attack? If you knew anything about criminality, you would understand that the ammount of wounds to the victim suggest it was an act of hate.

By suggesting it was a random attack and that the there is no connection to the previous attacks, you are therefore also suggesting that Bohol is a place that foreigners can expect killed at least three times every three months.

This is not the case. Please stop destroying the reputation of the people of Bohol.
