The famous Brewpoint, a coffee shop in the city, was the latest site of a robbery which happened when most of the cops and city residents were in Dauis town last Friday to send off the relics of St. Therese in a colorful fluvial parade which ended past 10 o'clock Friday night.

Two suspects, one armed with a handgun and another with a knife barged into the coffee shop almost unnoticed, pretending to be friends of the cashier.          

The cashier, Cherryl Pinkian of Tamblot Street and server Sharon Gulle of Taloto, this city, narrated that the suspect armed with a handgun approached Pingkian and whispered that it was a hold-up. She immediately yielded the amount at the shop's cashier amounting to P4,000 and a check worth P3,000.

It was only when the two suspects left Brewpoint that customers started to notice the commotion inside the coffee shop at Lou Square, corner Soledad and Miguel Parras streets, this city

I often take my white coffee, toasted tuna fish sandwich or  is it pan fried soon to be burgarlar pan fried oh hee sori no pan de leche intended!

I will either sit down with media such as Ted Ayeng, DYTR, Chito Visara, dyRD, or Kit Bagaipo, Chronicle, and the Manila Enquirer, aomong other various well knowns around such as City council member Jingo Rama and the list of Tagbilaran well knowns go in who frequent the place, some times relaxing amongst friends late into the night.

Where was the security guard he is always patrolling the area with an M16? something like that?

I know of a business owner who frequents the place (Has his own stash of liquer to serve his friends when he is entertaining them at the brewpoint.) and at current him and the mayor are fueding over parking rights for his customers who are just across the street a little ways from the Soledad suites

I have never heard of Bo's Coffee being hit up and thats the Mayor's and Boy Guing's place to hang out at for political chika chika!

What I mean is the scanner for body temperature. They used to check your temperature whether you're hot or cold. Now they don't. And the manufacturers of body-temperature x-ray are on vacation for decades at Bahamas.

The name derives from Solidad Street (Brewpoint is part of Solidad Building), ibabaw sa HSS, or near the dead Solidad Printing Press.

last friday was a good oppurtunity to hit up Bohol business's anywhere.
They had a jammed pack DJ show at BQ and the Theresa was on her last night here so everyone one was being occupied that night.

Does Mayor Lim ever ask himself how do the PNP enforce crime and go after those who are bad when they have one or two cars to patrol with?

The more road patrol on peoples necks patroling the less crap there will be to happen.

they love me there and know I am from the heart but they trust me to get the shin digs out in the open were problems lie as they are working and residing here and are afraid to do say what I normally have no problem saying.

I am honest and that's the way I was raised if your good your good if your bad your bad!

No one bother's me too much (BUYAG) I am friendly. I am also large and large at times does have it's priveladges but not against a copper headed shell that is two inches but a half inch big! Yikes!

I want to go to Brewpoint like i do every day but that day i was and i admit at two media functions and a meeting with my Standard editor going over plans to change the spotlight page, and then i finished off my night by watching the DJ competition.

This week I am not afraid to say I am leary. I remember when my parents restuarant was robbed and i was at work the next day with a blown up money safe under the prep counter facing me all week as the investigators are running all kinds of test.

this week no but maybe in there by next week.

Its hard to go into a place when it has taken place recently.

I recall Duncan Donuts being robbed one night but still many persons went there after it happend but brewpoints sort of sits on a dark corner out of sight and out of mind during later parts of the night.

I still want to know where was the security guard that carries a gun half his size?
