hof, i'm out of here. so sorry. most of my family/clan members have actually been at it since the day after quake. those who are somewhere else have sent money, those who are right in bohol are physically doing what needs to be done, like delivering bottled water and food and medical supplies.
they update me on what they're doing, like my sister who spent the whole day lining up in pharmacies just to purchase splinters and big elastic bandages. it turned out that even the purchase of medical supplies is limited, she can only buy a maximum number of 3 from every pharmacy. so she had to make the rounds.
her daughter specifically asked for these, as many as possible, because these were needed in her treatment of victims and the hospital had ran out of these particular supplies.
