The goal of the partnership is to increase the efficiency of customer interactions and reduce customer effort in non-value-add areas. Dial-Once has worked with Acicall Sitel Group's digital customer experience agency, The Social Client, for 18 months and has become an integral partner to the agency. The new partnership enables Dial-Once to expand the development of its solutions in Europe, North America, and South America.
