4 movements to ease backpains

Moving is a new and a simple concept to train your backbone to prevent and ease backpains. These simple steps are quick and simple and could be done at home and anytime of the day.

-  it supplies your spinal disc with cerebrospinal fluid
-  elasticity of sinews and ligaments are maintained
-  relaxes tense muscles
-  relieves stress

These 4 simple and mild exercises last less than a minute, here they are:



Stand erect and pretend you are wearing a crown


Palm sway left to right-move your pelvis to the right, turn your body slowly to the left. Stand upright , and move your pelvis to the left and turn your body slowly to the right. This movement is like the wind swaying the palm right to left.



Medal- pretend you are accepting a medal through bowing slowly and moving erect with pride, this could be done in sitting position also.


Screw- Standing straight,  turn your body starting from your pelvis to the right with your shoulder backwards, here you try to imagine yourself like a screw using your spine as pivot. repeat the same this time turning to the left.

Manay Tess salamat ani nga post kay maoy akong kinahanglan :) kini laging wangtiguls na dili malikayan nga moandar ang sakit sa hawak
