Put the tuno in a large and hot kawa. Do not cover. Bring to a boil and mix in the kamay (Central para sa kadaghanan). Stir, aron di mo-awas sa kawa. Continue stirring until the latik is of the desired consistency.
How to make lana (with instructions in mao gihapon):
Put the tuno in a large and hot kawa. Bring to a boil. Pabukala jud and stir occasionally. Kung ma-lana na, pabugnawa sa una kay init na kaayo.
