Orientation for 4PH Program Set for October 2024 in Bohol*

**San Miguel, Bohol** – An orientation session for those interested in availing of the "Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino" (4PH) Program will be held on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the Municipal Gym in San Miguel, Bohol. The event is organized by the Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Pag-IBIG Fund Region 7, in collaboration with developers, contractors, and the Municipal Housing Board.

The orientation aims to provide comprehensive information about the 4PH Program, encouraging all interested parties to attend and understand the program's benefits and requirements.

**Who Can Avail:**
- Informal Settler Families
- Informal Sectors (ambulant vendors, small transport operators: tricycle, pedicab, and habal-habal drivers, home-based workers)
- Minimum wage earners
- Government Employees
- Overseas Filipino Workers

**Beneficiary Eligibility Requirements:**
- Filipino citizen
- Pag-IBIG Fund member
- First-time homeowner
- Within low-income classification
- Not more than 65 years old at the date of application / Not more than 70 years old at loan maturity
- Legal capacity to acquire and encumber real property
- Passed satisfactory background, credit, employment, and business checks of the Pag-IBIG Fund
- No outstanding Pag-IBIG Short-term Loan at the time of application
- No Pag-IBIG housing account foreclosed or canceled

**Interest Support Subsidy:**
- The interest subsidy shall be jointly paid by the beneficiary and DHSUD
- The interest subsidy to be paid by DHSUD shall not exceed 5%
- If the interest rate is lower than 6%, the beneficiary shall pay a minimum of 1% and the DHSUD shall subsidize the remaining interest
