Was at my summer job from 9am-1pm and then working again from 5pm till 8pm.

The regional manager of the company that I'm working for partime asked me if I wanted to accept a General Manager's position for the company. I had to decline the offer; with medical school taking my priority this coming August.

Tomorrow will be similar; work from 9am-1pm and then again from 3pm-10pm.

Now I know why my parents are always tired after work. It's really 'draining' hahaha.

I backed up my laptop files on a couple DVD data disks because my soundcard keeps on hissing when I am doing video chats with friends/family. I'll probably go to Best Buy later to get it replaced, or at the very least, looked at.

My stepkids and I surprised my husband for Father's Day. My husband was really happy and can see his face lit up when he saw his kids by the doorsteps. He had no idea where we're going and we just told him the direction. We went to the Scandia just few miles away and really had fun with rides and stuff. I'll post the pictures later on other threads.

I'm a happy stepmom too!

We all had fun and at the end of the day we had a nice dinner with my in-laws. Today, it was really memorable to me and my banana.

Oh yes Dong Lorens. My husband was very happy that day (it doesn't show in the pictures though because he doesn't smile on the camera).

My husband was kinda bored that morning and just laying in bed just relaxing and I can tell that he wished we're doing fun stuff with the kids. He had no idea that the kids and I were e-mailing and texting planning for that day. Well, it ended up a memorable and wonderful day for all of us.

Oh I forgot Dong Lorens that this thread is "What did you do today?"

Hehehe...I went to see my husband performed at Harlow's today here in Sacramento. I didn't join the band this time. Funny, because one of the guys (Adrian) who was in our band last time was featured today in our local news Channel 13.

The guy plays bass using just one hand because the other hand/arm and 1 leg were amputated when he had an accident few years ago. So, the news was all about him that even though he has disability, he didn't choose to receive social security to live but to have perseverance in life and just be positive in everything he does. He was told by doctors that he might not be able to walk and was in hospital and in therapy for almost 2 years. But amazing, he can now walk and live a normal life though his one leg is 2 inches shorter than the other because it was replaced with steel or something artificial (forgot the term, you probably know because you're a doctor)!

Before we saw him on TV today, we already knew the story because he told us when he was on our band few weeks ago. Funny because my husband wished Adrian was featured last month so he will be on TV too.

I told him that it's okay because he was interviewed at CNN few times and Fox 40 news.

My brother Andre and I went walking in the bike trail earlier. One thing that I noticed was how my little brother was telling me to 'go faster' hahaha. Ngek!

The child whose diapers I used to change; whose powdered milk I would prepare in his bottle; and the child who I used to bathe when he was only a baby.

haha. Kids nowadays. Jeez.

He plays keyboard. Nag voice lesson na siya and I told him to continue kay nag-improve gamay and it really helps.

Mokanta ra ko'g balik kung ako ang makabuot sa kanta at least 3 out of 5 songs.

Tigkanta man ko heheheheh dire lang sa balay ug sa party ila ka Tia ug friends.

Bitaw, pareha jud mi ug hilig like kanta and we don't like watching sports or doing it. Pero mahilig mi mag hike, bike and watch movies sa balay ra pod. Pareha mi dili ganahan mo tan-aw sa big screen for some reason.
